For web, if you're logged in, hover over your name in the top right corner. Click on the 'My Preferences' button, before clicking the reset button link. You'll need to then enter your former password, and your new one!
If you do not know your former password, please reach out directly by raising a request so we can manually reset the password on your account.
If you are not logged in on web, when trying to sign in, click the 'Forgot My Password' button and follow the relevant prompts.
To reset your password from the app, you'll need to follow the above steps or raise a request directly with us.
